My family moved to Boston after fifteen years in New York City. We were going from true urban living to our first suburban home in a new town and thanks to Alice the transition was smooth and seamless. Alice was able to answer all of our questions about our new home. She kept us calm and was always there to pick us up if we felt deflated after a weekend of open houses. I can't recommend Alice highly enough. She is professional, knowledgeable, and can deal with any situation. She worked tirelessly to help me through a tough sale in Cambridge. I had a difficult tenant situation that ultimately escalated to legal action. Alice researched the laws herself and recommended a lawyer to help me through the eviction process. She also dealt with my tenant directly to arrange showings, inspections, and such during the process of the sale. I had very little time to devote to the sale myself, and Alice made it incredibly easy. Also, Alice's knowledge of the market was phenomenal; she worked with me to raise my asking price which in turn resulted in a bidding war. I ended up getting much more for the property than I ever imagined. I will never use anyone else again!
